Attending an important appointment may be a challenge for an elderly person. What can be done if you need a doctor’s consultation but you need assistance to get to the hospital/clinic? What can be done if your first language is not English and you need help expressing your concerns to the doctor and understanding the prescription?
We will organize the doctor’s visit and take care of all the details, so you don’t have to. ALTCC staff will be accompanying you during the entire appointment if needed. You will:
- Get fast and easy non-emergent transportation to the facility
- Get assistance during the visit
- Get translation services if needed (non-certified)
We will resolve all concerns arising from doctor’s appointments.
